DAE realize 2 years into a warehouse job in Reno that nobody there cared about my degree
I got a bachelor's in history back in 2019 and kept waiting for someone to ask about it. Two years at a distribution center off Vista Blvd, not one manager ever brought it up, they only cared that I showed up on time and could run the scanner. My old coworker Dave got promoted to team lead over me and he never finished community college. So now I'm wondering, did school actually matter for any of you, or was it just the piece of paper your first boss glanced at once?
