Just realized I've been setting up my rainfly wrong for years
I was camping at Mount Rainier last weekend and got caught in a real downpour. My old Kelty tent started leaking at the corners, which never happened before. A ranger walked by and pointed out I'd been attaching the fly so it was touching the inner tent wall, which lets water wick right through. Anyone have a good method for getting that perfect taut setup in the wind?

Actually, you want it taut but not drum-tight, or the seams can tear.

Nah @loganprice, I've always cranked it tight with no issues.
