A guy in a Denver apartment building told me his coax was fine, but his modem was in a closet.
I was on a service call for slow speeds, and the customer insisted his lines were good because he had a signal. He had his modem and router shoved in a utility closet behind a metal door, which was killing his wifi. I moved it to a central spot and his speeds tripled. How often do you run into people who don't understand that placement matters as much as the cable itself?

Honestly when you asked how many times a week, I used to think it was maybe once or twice. But tracking it for a month showed it was more like four or five, which really surprised me. What made you wonder about the frequency?
