I laughed at the old guy at the lumber yard in Tulsa when he told me to spend $12 on a piece of steel instead of my random orbital, then I tried it on a maple rail last Tuesday and got a finish in 4 minutes that used to take me 20, so who else here has ditched the sander on rails and what burr angle are you running?
