Got called out for my router bit storage system at a job site in Denver last Tuesday

I was installing some inset cabinet doors for a new build and pulled out this old fishing tackle box I use for my router bits. One of the GC's guys walks over and says 'you really trust those plastic dividers to hold up?' Not even 10 seconds later I opened the lid and three bits tumbled out onto the concrete floor. Two of them chipped the carbide tips pretty bad. That little tackle box cost me around $80 worth of bits that I gotta replace now. I already ordered one of those stacked bit organizers with foam inserts. Any of you guys had a storage setup fail on you like that?
