I finally bought a $4 carbon steel pan expecting it to warp in a year, and it is now my daily driver after 9 years
My brother laughed when I pulled it out of a bargain bin in Tulsa in 2016. It has outlasted two of his nonstick sets, so now I want to know what cheap thing surprised everyone else like this.
