Can we talk about how YouTube keeps sending me ads for stuff I already own?
Three years back, my feed was full of random stuff. I'd get ads for tools I'd never buy, weird local businesses, whatever. Last month I finally broke down and bought a $40 pair of work boots from a store in Tulsa. Now every video I open starts with an ad for those exact same boots. Last week I watched one 8 minute clip and got the same boot ad four times in a row. Has this happened to anyone else, or did I somehow sign up for my own personal ad hell?
