My quiche crust turned into a charcoal frisbee in 11 minutes flat
Tried to blind bake a crust last Tuesday for a family brunch and got totally distracted by a podcast about cold cases. By the time I smelled it, the edges were black and the middle was this weird gray powder that crumbled when I touched it. My brother actually picked it up and tossed it across the yard like a disc, it held its shape perfectly. Is there a way to salvage a burnt crust with butter or should I just buy the frozen ones from now on?
