One week in March I found 14 different flyers for lost cats in my neighborhood
I walk my dog around the same 6 blocks in Portland every morning before work. The first week of March I counted 14 lost cat flyers stapled to poles, taped to bus stops, even one inside the laundromat on 12th. What got me was how many had no photo, just a marker drawing of a cat with a scribbled name. One said 'Bug, orange, very shy, please just leave food on your porch.' I started taking pics of the whole wall at each corner. By Friday I had a whole grid of these things on my phone and it was kind of sad and sweet at the same time. Has anyone else noticed a jump in paper flyers like this lately, or is it just my part of town?
