Library cork board had a hand-drawn map to a secret garden

I was at the downtown branch in Des Moines last Thursday and someone pinned up this tiny map drawn on notebook paper. It showed a path behind the old train depot to a patch of wildflowers nobody maintains anymore. Anyone else ever followed one of these and found something real?
