Just realized the laundromat corkboard on 5th beats the coffee shop one, and it's not close
I started actually reading the boards around my neighborhood last month and the one at Spin City Laundry on 5th has way better stuff than the fancy coffee place downtown. The coffee shop board is all $1,200 a month sublets and essential oil parties, but the laundromat has a guy giving away free firewood, a $40 bike, and a bass player looking for a band. I think it's because people sit there for an hour with nothing to do but stare at it, so the ads are real. Anyone else notice which spots around their town have the good boards?
