Found a hand-drawn map to a secret garden at the coffee shop bulletin board

Last Tuesday I was grabbing a latte at Brew & Bean on Elm Street and spotted this map taped to their cork board with a pushpin. It claimed there was a hidden garden behind the old fire station on 5th with a koi pond and free herbs you could pick. I followed it after work and found nothing but a muddy lot and a very confused stray cat. Has anyone else fallen for one of these wild bulletin board treasure hunts?

Wait, so the map had like actual coordinates or just some rough sketch with tree shapes and a dotted line? I once grabbed one from a laundromat that promised a "secret beach" accessible through a drainage pipe, turned out to be a puddle behind a strip mall. The cat thing is too real though, did it look at you like you were the crazy one for following a piece of paper? I need to know if the map had any landmarks that were actually accurate, like maybe it was for a spot that got bulldozed years ago and nobody updated the coffee shop board.
