I spent a whole afternoon sitting on the steps near the Chain Bridge watching boats go by with that cheap picnic, and it felt fancier than any expensive restaurant I have ever been to.

Did you catch that article about Budapest being one of the most underrated cities for cheap eats? This is exactly what they meant. I would take a river view and some good bread over a crowded dining room any day.
