I used to pay $9 for airport water, now I fill a bottle at the sink by gate B12 and feel like a genius
Two years ago I bought a $9 bottle of water at the Denver airport without even blinking, then got mad at myself the whole flight. Now I pack an empty bottle through security and fill it at the fountain by gate B12, which saves me about $9 every single trip. Last month I did the math and realized I'd blown around $300 on airport drinks over the years, which stings a little. The fountain water tastes exactly the same, honestly. What's the one thing you still overpay for at the airport even though you know better?
