Saw a guy at Costco filling his trunk with 50 bags of frozen broccoli
Dude in front of me had a cart stacked with nothing but family size bags of frozen broccoli, must have been $200 worth. When I asked if he owned a restaurant he just said 'nope, that's my dinner for the month' and laughed. Anyone else seen weird bulk food shopping habits?

Run out of space way before the month was up" is exactly what I was thinking, but honestly people do weird stuff with bulk shopping. I've seen a guy at Walmart buy nothing but 30 jars of pickles and a single box of crackers, and a lady who filled her entire cart with just different flavors of LaCroix like she was preparing for a natural disaster. There's this whole trend now where people treat Costco like it's a personal warehouse and their freezer is some kind of bunker. Broccoli guy probably had a dedicated chest freezer in his garage just for his monthly vegetable stash.

Is that even possible to eat 50 bags of broccoli in a month (assuming they're the big family size ones)? I feel like even with the freezer packed full you'd run out of space way before the month was up.
