That $14 tin of horehound drops was a total letdown inside the cool tin
Got it at a candy counter in Cleveland two weeks back. The tin has this old timey horse on it and a flip lid that snaps shut real nice, so I paid up without thinking twice. Got it home, popped one in, and it tastes like a cough drop that sat in a grandma's purse since 1994. Bitter, chalky, and it lingers for like ten minutes. My kid tried one and spit it in the sink. Now the tin holds paper clips and the candy is just sitting there mocking me. What do you all do with the stuff inside when the package is the only good part? I feel dumb tossing 13 bucks of candy.
