Picked the $14 tin of lemon drops over the $6 bag at a gift shop in Savannah, and I'd do it again just for the lid

Stood in a little shop on Broughton Street for way too long last month staring at two lemon drops. The $6 bag was plain plastic and the $14 tin had this embossed lid with a little bee on it that I could not put down. I got the tin, ate maybe half the candy in a week, and now the lid sits on my desk holding paper clips. The drops were fine but nothing special, and honestly that bee is the whole reason I'd buy it again. Has anyone else kept a tin around long after the snack inside was gone?
