Spent a full Tuesday clicking through the 2003 version of a local library's website on Wayback Machine
The branching menus for 'Children's Events' led to five dead ends before I found a single PDF about a book sale that ended 14 years ago, has anyone else gotten weirdly hooked on a specific era of bad web design?

Right, the dead ends are the worst part.

Man, ain't that the truth! Nothing worse than mapping out a whole section only to hit a brick wall and have to backtrack. Like when you explore an entire cave system in an RPG and the only thing at the end is a locked door you can't pick. Total time suck.
