Rant: the DMV site in Kalamazoo looks like it hasn't changed since 2003 and I kind of love it
I was trying to renew my registration and the county page still has a table-based layout with those blue underlined links and a spinning envelope GIF. The best part is the tiny "Last updated: March 2004" at the bottom in Times New Roman. Anyone else keep a list of these old government sites before they get redesigned?
