Serious question, why do people count their pieces before the game even starts?
Played Catan at a friend's place in Boise last Friday and this guy spent 20 minutes counting all 95 resource cards while we just sat there. Is this a thing people do or was he stalling because he knew he was gonna lose?

Count your own pieces next time and watch him sweat when he runs out of roads.
