Shoutout to the guy in Tulsa who ran a blog about old diner menus for 11 years
Found a blog last Tuesday called Route 66 Lunch Counter that some retired cook in Tulsa has been running since 2013, all scans of menus from diners that closed decades ago, and I sat there for two hours reading about a 1968 breakfast special that cost 65 cents. He posts maybe twice a year now and gets 40 hits a month, but every post has the address and the year the place shut down, like he's keeping a graveyard for pancakes. Anybody else got a blog like this they keep checking even though it barely updates?
