My buddy glanced at my bookmarks bar and asked why I have 9 links to the same bread recipe
Last Thursday my friend Kevin was using my laptop at a coffee shop in Boise and he clicked my bookmarks bar by accident. He just stared for a second and goes, "why is 'BEST banana bread' saved like nine times?" I honestly had no answer. So I scrolled through them and it turns out every time I search that recipe I save the page again instead of just clicking the old one. Some are from different sites, some are the exact same link, and one is just a dead page from 2019. There are 47 bookmarks in that one folder and maybe 4 are actually different recipes. The other 43 are me being too lazy to look before I save. So now I'm curious, does anyone else have a folder where the same thing is saved over and over without knowing? What's your most duplicated bookmark?

Keeps the links right there so you never lose the one that actually worked, and saving again takes like two seconds. Clicking through old ones to find the good version wastes way more time than just re-saving. Plus half those dead links would've been lost forever if you hadn't grabbed them when you did.
