Tried to find one old forum post about a 1998 Dodge Dakota for my brother, took 5 days and 3 dead links
My brother swore there was a slow burn build thread on some truck forum about a guy restoring a Dakota with 300,000 miles on it, and he wanted me to find it for his birthday. I dug through the Wayback Machine, three archived forums, and a dead Geocities page that loaded one image at a time. Finally found it on page 47 of a cached thread, and the guy never even finished the build. Has anyone else gone down a rabbit hole chasing a story that just stops with no ending?
