Am I the only one who used to read long fanfics on one sitting and now needs 3 weeks

Back in 2019 I'd knock out a 200k word slow burn on AO3 in one weekend with a pot of coffee, and last month it took me 18 days to finish one because I kept saving chapters for my lunch break like a treat. Part of it is my phone and the endless tabs, but honestly I think reading it slow makes the payoff better, like the story earns it. Does anyone else pace them out now on purpose, or am I just getting old?
