My new mixer compared to grandma's 1960 Kenmore, night and day after one batch
I finally swapped out my 15 year old hand mixer for a $90 stand mixer and made angel food cake for my sister's birthday in Tulsa. The old one left lumps and took 12 minutes of arm pain, this thing whipped the egg whites stiff in under 3 minutes flat. Has anyone else made a kitchen tool upgrade that felt ridiculous in hindsight?
