Completely changed how I bake" feels a bit strong to me. I mean, I liked the tip and it helped a little, but I still use the same basic recipes and methods. Maybe it just depends on what you're making, but for my everyday cookies and bread, it wasn't this total game-changer. Your mileage may vary, of course.
