My neighbor in Reno said he swapped his brake pads with the rotors still on, now I'm second guessing my whole process
Do you pull the caliper bracket and hang it or just let it dangle by the hose, because he swears letting it hang shortens the line and I've been doing it the dangle way for 8 years with no leaks?

Heard a guy on a truck forum say hanging wears the hose from the inside out.
