I finally admitted a $20 code reader beats the $200 one my buddy swears by
He kept telling me to buy the fancy scanner for my 2012 Silverado, but the cheap Autel pulled the same P0301 misfire code in my driveway in Tucson and told me exactly which cylinder was missing, so I want to know if anyone has actually hit a job where the budget reader could not get the data they needed.
