Update: the week my auto transport broker actually answered the phone 6 times in 5 days
I shipped a Toyota Camry from Phoenix to Portland and my broker called me back within 10 minutes every single time, which has not happened in 4 years of moving cars. The driver showed up a day early with a clean flatbed and no surprise fees at delivery, and the whole thing cost $980. Then the next week a different broker ghosted me for 3 days and my quote jumped $300, which reminded me how random this business really is. So my question is, has anyone found a dispatcher who stays reliable past the first booking, or is this just luck every time?
