Update: hit 1,000 oil changes on the same drain plug and it finally gave out
Been tracking my own car out of boredom and the plug stripped right at number 1,000 last Tuesday, in my own driveway of all places. The crush washer was doing all the work for the last 200 of those, so just swap it every time instead of waiting like I did. Anyone else keep a dumb little log like this or am I the only one?

Kept a log like that once too but honestly the plug wearing out is just normal, not a badge.
