Hit 500 engine rebuilds last week and it still gets me

I was counting invoices for the year and realized I just passed 500 engine rebuilds since I started at this shop in Denver 8 years ago. That's like one every 6 days or so if you average it out. What surprised me is that I still get that nervous feeling when I fire one up for the first time after a rebuild. Anyone else ever count up their big milestones and feel that same tension?

8 years and 500 builds is wild man, that's like a career's worth of work for most people. What's the one specific type of engine or rebuild that still makes you hold your breath the most when you go to turn the key? Like is it some old V8 with a ton of custom clearances or a modern high compression thing that's just finicky on initial startup?
