Customer argued with me for 20 mins about a bad O2 sensor
Had a guy bring in his 2011 F-150 last Thursday insisting the misfire was from bad spark plugs. After I showed him the live data from my scanner proving the sensor was reading lean, he still wanted me to swap plugs first. Charged him $85 for the diag and told him to come back when he was ready.
