Water heater in my Grant Park basement dumped 40 gallons while I was at work
Came home to 2 inches of standing water and a warped subfloor because the pan drain was clogged with 9 years of sediment. Now I flush the tank every 6 months, has anyone else had a pan drain back up like that?
