Same nebula, 1995 vs 2024, the difference is wild

Stacked the HST archive image next to the new James Webb one of the Pillars of Creation and you can actually see new stars and gas details that were completely hidden before, has anyone else been blown away by how much sharper the infrared shots look?

Wait, those tiny little dots in the 2024 shot are actually newborn stars just popping into view? That is absolutely insane, I figured the gas clouds were just pretty colors but seeing actual baby stars appear out of nowhere hits different. Honestly the infrared just peels back layers like they weren't even there before, it makes the old Hubble pics feel like a fuzzy memory. Ngl I had to zoom in on my phone twice just to make sure my eyes weren't playing tricks on me with all that new detail.
