The cashier at the old diner on Route 66 knew my order for 5 years

She got laid off in 2019 and when I saw her at the grocery store last Tuesday, she still remembered I take my coffee with two sugars and no cream, and that stuck with me more than any fancy meal ever did, anyone else have a stranger remember something small about them out of nowhere?
