Spent $500 on pinstriping brushes and a class before I admitted I just had shaky hands
Signed up for a weekend pinstriping class in Sacramento back in March because I love old hot rods and figured I should learn to lay lines myself. Dropped around $500 on it, brushes, and a set of One Shot paints, and my lines still wobbled like a kid with a sugar rush. The guy teaching it, a 70 year old named Vern, watched me for a minute and said my hands were fine, I was just rushing the pull. So I quit fighting it and now I just pay the local guy $80 a panel. Anyone else burn money on a skill they badly wanted to have, or is it just me?
