I thought kombucha brewing was a scam till my SCOBY from a guy in Ann Arbor made 3 batches in 2 weeks
A friend in Ann Arbor mailed me a rubbery SCOBY in a mason jar 4 months ago and I totally rolled my eyes at the whole thing. But 3 batches later at about $1.50 each, I stopped buying $4 bottles at the store and the fizz is honestly way better. Anyone else brew their own or am I just late to the party on this?
