Watched a guy in Cleveland fix a dryer with a meter instead of parts swapping and I felt dumb
Was at a buddy's shop in Cleveland helping him clear a backlog and he spent 20 mins with a multimeter on a dryer that I would've just thrown a heating element at, turned out it was a $4 thermal fuse. I've been parts swapping for a long time and that one stung a bit, so now the meter comes out first. Any of you got a go-to first test that saves you from guessing?
