Vent: My stiff neck from staring at wiring diagrams made me change my setup
I started doing quick neck stretches every hour and it's helped a ton. Now I can focus longer without that ache slowing me down.

Those hourly breaks really do help. Makes those long wiring diagram sessions way more bearable.

Ever read about that 20-20-20 rule for eyes and tried it for your neck and back? I heard someone say to set a timer, and every twenty minutes you do twenty seconds of looking away and rolling your shoulders. Might be worth mixing that in with your hourly stretches.

My attention span is so bad I'd forget to set the timer. Probably need a reminder just to remember the reminder.
