PSA: I stopped stocking the $8 generic drain pump and switched to the OEM one at $31, and my callback rate on washers dropped to near zero in 4 months
Yeah it costs more up front, but the cheap ones kept coming back leaking or seizing within 6 months and I got tired of eating the labor, so has anyone else done the math on how many callbacks a cheap part actually costs you?
