My old grease gun finally gave up the ghost mid-job yesterday

I was out on a service call at a warehouse on Industrial Ave and the handle just snapped clean off after 15 years of use. Must have packed over 500 pounds of grease through that thing. Anyone else got a tool they refuse to replace even though it's clearly on its last legs?

Oh man, that reminds me of my old corded drill that sounded like it was gargling rocks for the last two years I used it. Thing had a short in the cord so you'd have to hold it at a weird angle or it'd just stop. Finally caught fire on a job site and I felt like I lost a friend.

Funny how we get attached to the junk that barely works, isn't it?
