Customer handed me a letter with a flip phone last week and she said 'this is the only way I trust to send it'
She pulled out a Motorola RAZR from 2006 to check the address again, and I realized that phone probably outlasted three of my smartphones combined, has anyone else run into people who refuse to upgrade for reasons that actually make sense?

Oh wow, I ran into a lady just last month who still uses a Nokia brick phone from 2005 because she says it's never let her down.

Totally agree, I had a customer come in last month with one of those old silver LG flip phones that looks like a lipstick case lol. She said she's been using it since 2008 and has only replaced the battery twice. I pulled out my iPhone that I've had for barely two years and it already had a cracked screen and dying battery, felt kinda dumb honestly. She told me she drops her phone all the time and it just snaps shut and keeps working, no case needed. I swear those old phones were built like tanks compared to the glass slabs we carry now.
