Rant: keypads on the entry door vs. 6 feet inside, and my Fort Worth client made the call for me
She pointed out that a keypad outside lets someone smash it and walk away before the siren even warms up, while one tucked just inside the garage entry means the panel is already armed and watching them come in, so we moved it and she's right.
