Hit 500 panel installs last month and honestly I don't care about the number

Everyone in my shop was congratulating me like it was some big deal, but I've done so many sloppy ones in my first year that the milestone feels pointless. Does anyone else think celebrating install counts just encourages people to rush through jobs?

Start celebrating the jobs that turned out clean instead of just the count. I hit a similar point a few years back and stopped tracking numbers altogether. Focused on getting each panel perfect and taking photos of the ones I was proud of. That made it a lot more satisfying than watching a counter go up.
