DAE try reusing lockwire on a panel access cover and have it bite you on the ramp?
I tried twisting the same lockwire back on a 737 panel cover in Spokane to save time on a quick turn, and it snapped at the second twist right as the captain walked up. Ended up losing 20 minutes digging the stub out with a pick while the crew stared at me. Has anyone found a lockwire size that actually holds up to a redo, or is that just always a bad idea?
