Air fryer Brussels sprouts changed my mind about the whole gadget

I was totally that guy who thought air fryers were just a fancy countertop dust collector. My buddy kept raving about them for months at work, so I finally grabbed one on sale for $40. First thing I tried was frozen Brussels sprouts with just salt and pepper, and they came out actually crispy in like 12 minutes. Has anyone else had a dish that completely sold them on the air fryer?

Wait, wasn't everyone just joking about how Brussels sprouts were terrible for like 30 years? I used to be the guy pushing them around my plate at Thanksgiving, no joke. But then my sister roasted some with balsamic and honey a couple years back and I actually went back for seconds. Totally changed my mind on the whole vegetable. It's wild what a little char and seasoning can do to something people used to boil to death.
