Watched a demo at the Austin library last month that made me rethink how I sort my photos
I went to a free tech demo night at the Austin public library last month mostly for the free pizza, and a guy showed off an AI tool that sorts photos by faces and places without tagging anything. I have about 8,000 photos on my phone from the past four years and I never touch them because scrolling is a nightmare. This thing grouped 6 years of birthday pics and beach trips in under 10 minutes on a laptop, no cloud upload. Now I am wondering if I should trust it with family photos or if that stuff should stay offline. Has anyone here used one of these local photo sorters and regretted it?
