My driveway crack turned into an abstract painting after the frost this week

We got that weird freeze thaw cycle here in Minneapolis, 3 days of it. The big crack running from the garage to the curb, the one I've been patching for 2 winters, just split into this crazy branching pattern overnight. Looked like lightning bolts or river deltas. Caught it at 7am with the sun low and the shadows made it look like a charcoal sketch on gray paper. Almost didn't want to seal it. Anyone else ever snap a pic of something broken and end up liking it more than actual art?
