My ceiling paint spill from yesterday looks exactly like a Van Gogh sky

Dropped a can of Behr while painting the guest room and the splash pattern on the drop cloth came out with those swirls and thick strokes just like Starry Night, so I'm calling it a $35 accident and hanging it up in the garage.

See I gotta disagree with this whole thing. Not every random paint splash or spaghetti stain is suddenly fine art just because it looks a little like something famous. You spilled paint on a drop cloth, not a canvas. Hanging a garage drop cloth on your wall is just admitting you're too lazy to clean up properly. And the whole "accidental masterpiece" thing is kinda played out at this point. People act like every mess they make is some deep artistic statement when really it's just a mess they don't want to deal with. If you want Starry Night so bad, go buy a print for $15 and call it a day.

Can't say I blame you. I had a jar of spaghetti sauce explode in the microwave once and the pattern on the ceiling looked just like one of those Pollock paintings, so I left it up for a whole year.
