Dropped $85 on a 'rust art' photo course that taught me nothing my own driveway already showed me
The whole class was just pics of rusty barrels and old signs, and I've got better stuff happening on my own fence line from a leaky gutter. Save your money and just walk around a junkyard for an hour. Anyone else got a spot where rain and metal make cooler patterns than any class could teach?
A buddy of mine paid for one of those classes too and the teacher spent half the time talking about camera settings instead of actual rust. He ended up finding way better shots behind an old car wash where the drain pipe had been dripping on a dumpster for years. Junkyards and back alleys beat a classroom every time.
